Scrapping Outback challenge

The Scrapping outback challenge for December is...

And this is what I did with 'those' colours and an original piece of white cardstock!

The paper is really really OLD - Pink Paislee - Parisian Anthology 'Architectural Arch' - it had a glossed pattern.

I then misted the background to show the 'gloss pattern' with Prima Colour Bloom, Heidi Swapp and Glimmermist in shades of Yellow, Orange and red with a sprinkle of Vintaj in orange.

The page needed some 'stars' so out came my Kaisercraft STAR template and some Faber Castell 'Whipped Spackle'  - while this dry (a little bit?) I found some yellow, orange and red 'bits & pieces' in my stash - a Manor House Creations flower or two, a Scrapmatts 'sprig' & 'Merry Christmas' tag which both came red (perfect!) Can't remember what brand the title 'Christmas Angel' is (sorry?) but I adhered a scrap of lace behind her as a dress and the sparkly bling heart is a piece of broken jewellery and covered her with Inka Gold in silver, red and gold!!

The red twine along the bottom was a gift from my friend Chris Valentine and the 2 yellow stars from another friend Natalie Griffin (Thank you!!)

Still needed a bit more 'yellow' so Tracy at my2angels made me a little dangle chain with a bell which fitted in the gap perfectly!  It was from the my2angels Reindeer and Baubles Limited Christmas Kit

Photo is our youngest Daughter Katelyn.... she had the biggest blue eyes - still does!!
