White with 1 - Helium Blue - April challenge

I'm back again with 
The Resin Rainbow
monthly kit - Thank you Janet

The colour is 

Helium Blue


and this month a sketch


and onto the challenge of finding the correct shade in mist, ink or paints!!

I started with a sheet of white...
Misted with Marker Maniacs 'blue' and a Diamond stencil from Kaisercraft...
Did a little stamping with Distress Oxide and Andy Skinner/Stampendous 'Steampunk'...
Sprinkled Lindy's 'blue' shaker and tipped the puddle ll over the background...
Kaisercraft Quarters and some navy ink - the spotty bits...
Misted and stamped on the Imaginarium Designs title too...

Used ALL of the April kit from The Resin Rainbow - all the resins, the bag, felt and tag!!
I snipped the large resin doiley - a piece top left and another middle right...
The felt made a couple of banners for the chipboard title...
The long strip, with a bonus ribbon. the tassel and a rose underline the photo..
The stripey paper bag makes a large photo mat,
the tag one for the circle punched photo on the smaller resin doiley
the bag of beads made a centre for the 3 flowers...
and the cute blue vial has a double bow on top for a bit of fun!!

Photo is our great niece Natalie with her little brother Mason - so cute!!
