Kaisercraft - Embossing Folder Layout... Shabby Chic style

Today on the Kaisercraft blog we are sharing ideas how to use the Embossing Folder to create a layout... I used the Embossing Folder EF241 'Sketched Rose' as a STAMP

EmbossingFolder_Rose

Perfect for a stamp!!

'Love' Layout

By stamping with Stazon or Memento you can then colour the image with watercolours, pencils or markers - whichever you prefer or maybe a mix of a couple?
I chose to colour my image with the KAISERMISTS.

I mixed the shimmer into the liquid by shaking the bottle and then twisted the sprayer off and used the straw to draw lines, and then moved the excess colour with a waterbrush - easy!

Kaisercraft Products : EF241 Sketched Rose Embossing Folder | P2076 Quilt | P2077 Framed | P2075 Weatherboards | FL319 Love wooden flourish | IP725 Petal Pink ink | FL503 Pearl Strip 'Pink Champagne' | KM118 Olive mist | KM117 Apple mist | KM115 Candy mist | F658 Mini Paper Blooms 'Dusty Pink' |
Other : Black permanent ink

You could tip a little mist into a jar and paint with a brush to colour the image too?
Such and easy and effective way of 'watercolouring', don't you think?

Have you tried stamping with your embossing folders?
