Scrap Around the World...

Scrap Around the World challenge...

and this is what I did with the beautiful blues and snowflakes...

Starting with a piece of white cardstock, I covered it around the edges with the Couture Creations quick release paper 'leftovers' from an Icicle die I'd cut for some card kits! Then it was time to spray... some Colour Blooms, Dylusions and Glimmermists - when it dried I adhered the snowflake felt trim around the outer edge with gel medium so I could also sprinkle coarse glitter and some Mica flakes too! Using the Snowflake cartridge from the Fiskars Advantedge I punched 2 strips to sit behind the photo. The twine along the bottom was a gift from my friend Chris Valentine. Unsure of the brand of chipboard Snowman, but this was covered in Derivan Iridescent medium and sprinkled with silver micro beads. The large Snowflake is just a Christmas decoration with glass glitter adhered to the top.

The Scrapmatts chipboard snowflake and 2 word banners were inked with 'Salty Ocean'.

My friend Tracy from my2angels has the cutest little Snowman charm - did you see it sitting on a snowflake next to the big guy? and she also found me some snowflakes and the # typewriter charm made the dot on the 'i' - the other snowflakes are cut from an old Stampin' Up! die!

How angelic is Tim's little face....
