White with 1 - February challenge

The White with 1 challenge this month uses

[ww1%2520celosia%2520orange.jpg]

and this is what I did...

It makes it easy if you start with a beautiful photo! Our lovely friends, Mark and Kahmala, were married in Bali a few years ago... they must almost have a full album now ;)

I started with white cardstock, which I adhered scrunched orange tissue randomly - I then used Dreamweaver Stencils "Embossing paste" over a Dylusions 9x12" stencil 'Shattered Glass' and left to dry! The 2 Crafty 'Circular Leafy frame' was heat embossed with Stampin' Up! 'Tangerine Tango' & Viva 'Croco' randomly smudged and then adhered over the paper layers (inc Prima 'ATC card and photo! I trimmed the Manor House Creations 'frame' and tucked it under the edges - The title was heat embossed in white, before being clipped up with 2 orange pegs! Some beaded trim, Kaisercraft paper blooms, Maya Road 'camera' - I won some Funky Flairs Studio 'Flairs' which fitted perfectly as the 'lens' and my friend, Gwen Wruck handmade a bunch of those cute felt bows - of course, I needed a packet!

Enjoy, Alison x

    1. Thank you Katie - this was actually the colour of the Bridesmaids dresses, so I was meant to use it!
